I founded CarePath Advocate because I've spent over two decades watching good people struggle inside a system that wasn't built with them in mind. As a registered nurse in acute and emergency care, I saw patients and families overwhelmed, unheard, and unsure where to turn. I knew there was a better way to help.
Today, I put that experience to work for you — as an independent advocate who answers only to you, never to a hospital or insurance company.
My nursing career spans more than 20 years across major health systems, with deep experience in acute care, emergency nursing, and clinical informatics. I've worked inside the electronic health records, the care coordination workflows, and the billing and authorization systems that most patients only ever see from the outside — and I understand exactly where things break down.
That insider knowledge is the foundation of CarePath Advocate. When I review your records, coordinate with your providers, or challenge a denied claim, I'm drawing on years of knowing how these systems actually work.
Over the years, I kept meeting patients who were doing everything right and still falling through the cracks — missing critical information, agreeing to things they didn't understand, or paying bills they never should have owed. Families would ask me, quietly, "Can you just come with me to my appointment?" That question is what CarePath Advocate is built around.
Everyone deserves a knowledgeable, calm, compassionate person in their corner — especially during the moments that feel the most frightening and confusing.
Every relationship starts with a free, no-obligation consultation so I can understand your situation and you can decide if I'm the right fit. From there, we build a plan around your needs — whether that's a one-time record review or ongoing, hands-on support through a complex diagnosis. I attend appointments, translate the medical language, coordinate your care team, and make sure your voice is always the one that matters most.
Let's talk about your situation and how I can help you or your loved one get the care and clarity you deserve.
