My nursing career spans more than 20 years across major health systems, with deep experience in acute care, emergency nursing, and clinical informatics. I've worked inside the electronic health records, the care coordination workflows, and the billing and authorization systems that most patients only ever see from the outside — and I understand exactly where things break down.

Why I Became an Advocate

Over the years, I kept meeting patients who were doing everything right and still falling through the cracks — missing critical information, agreeing to things they didn't understand, or paying bills they never should have owed. Families would ask me, quietly, "Can you just come with me to my appointment?" That question is what CarePath Advocate is built around.
